Shift Details:

Ping Pong operates from 11am to 10pm, seven days a week, offering both lunch and dinner shifts. Flexible scheduling is available, but minimum shift requirements apply.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our leadership team at Ping Pong. If you have 12-18 months of management experience in a fast-paced dining environment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction

• Staff Rostering

• Coaching

• Supervising the front-of-house team, providing training, feedback, and motivation to ensure high performance

• Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and any service-related issues with a proactive and positive approach

• Supporting the Restaurant Manager in managing staff schedules, overseeing inventory, and controlling costs

• Collaborating closely with the kitchen team to maintain a seamless flow of service

• Upholding high standards of cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant presentation

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

Requirements:

• 12-18 months of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Strong leadership skills with a passion for fostering a positive and collaborative team culture

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive under pressure

• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service

• Great organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Shift Details:

Ping Pong operates from 11am to 10pm, seven days a week, offering both lunch and dinner shifts. Flexibility is required, with a full-time commitment to support peak hours.
