Shift Details:
Ping Pong operates from 11am to 10pm, seven days a week, offering both lunch and dinner shifts. Flexible scheduling is available, but minimum shift requirements apply.

Responsibilities:
Assisting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Staff Rostering
Coaching
Supervising the front-of-house team, providing training, feedback, and motivation to ensure high performance
Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and any service-related issues with a proactive and positive approach
Supporting the Restaurant Manager in managing staff schedules, overseeing inventory, and controlling costs
Collaborating closely with the kitchen team to maintain a seamless flow of service
Upholding high standards of cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant presentation
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Requirements:
12-18 months of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a fast-paced restaurant environment
Strong leadership skills with a passion for fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive under pressure
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Great organizational and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
